Night Shelter

Over the winter period we run a night shelter for the homeless every Friday evening in the Church's Fellowship Room, providing dinner, a bed for the night and breakfast on the Saturday morning.  Six other churches in Islington offer a similar shelter for the other nights of the week. If you would like to find out more about the shelter as a guest or helper, or maybe even join the volunteer rota for 2012, please contact Jackie Mair on jlamair@hotmail.co.uk .

Confirmation service, Sunday 13 March, 11am. Bishop Pete Broadbent of Willesden led this very special service, when three people were baptised and seventeen confirmed and welcomed into membership of Christ Church. It was a day of great rejoicing and fellowship, as the teenagers and adults were supported by their friends, families and a large congregation, as they all took another step along the road of their faith.
