Hiring space
We have a number of spaces at Christ Church that can be hired for a one-off event like a party or a rehearsal, or on an ongoing basis for clubs and classes. Charity partner discounts available.
Main church space
The Church is available for hire for concerts and rehearsals. Acoustically renowned there have been many successful events held over the years.
The space can accommodate up to 200 sitting and benefits from direct access via the glass doors by the Clocktower which can be made accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Rates are £70 for rehearsal and £90 for a concert per hour. Minimum booking 3 hours.
The Taylor-Bassett room is located in the new community centre, which is fully accessible and equipped with furniture and bathrooms.
For weekend bookings, a minimum of 4 hours is required, while during the week, a minimum of 2 hours is necessary.
The Garden can be added to your booking.
To respect our neighbours we operate between 07:00 to 22:00.
Taylor-Bassett Room
Fellowship Room
The Fellowship Room is at the back of the church space and is wheelchair accessible. There is a full working kitchen available.
The Fellowship room can accommodate up to 60 people around cafe style tables, or 100 people standing. It is suitable for children’s groups, fitness classes and small talk based discussion groups
Rates are from £46.40 per hour.
